I recently came across this photo. It's interesting that when Tarzan encounters a human woman for the first time, he's interested in her toes. Did Tarzan have a foot fetish?
If I remember this scene correctly, it's T and J meeting for the first time, and this is the 1st time for Tarzan to see another white person like him. So yeah, he's all like "Is this really the same as me? Hmm, these look kinda nice, what is this strange feeling..?".
Which makes a little more sense than the book, where he sees her and immediately knows execrably what she is.
