I hit ctrl-alt-delete to see why my comp was so slow( yes, i learned from my limewire post) and my system idle process was running at 92, 80, 89, 91.... so may I ask:

What is it, and why have i never seen it before, and what can i do about it?
I was going to cancel it out but then my computer gave me a warning of some sort that said it would be a silly thing to do so i didnt...

The what: it's what your processor cycles go to when your box isn't doing anything

the why: because you never botherd to look? it's always been there.

the what: nothing, it's supposed to be there, and it's normal.
