Syria is starting to implode(well more than it already was), Al Jazeera reports at least 80 dead today between protesters, defecting soldiers and non defecting security forces,, Jordan's king say Assad should step down, Turkey stepping up its rhetoric, and Al Jazeera also showing numerous defections of soldiers, some of them with heavy arms.(well heavy as in machine guns)

Syria is next

With globalist restructuring plans for the Middle East and North Africa looking to be nearly complete, one major hurdle remains. After a relatively easy path to victory in Tunisia and Egypt, and with the project to dismantle and re-privatise the Libyan state nearly complete, only Syria remains as the last serious contender for resistance against a globalist effort to dominate the greater region.

The plans for redrawing the middle east have been known for years

The term “New Middle East” was introduced to the world in June 2006 in Tel Aviv by U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice (who was credited by the Western media for coining the term) in replacement of the older and more imposing term, the “Greater Middle East.” This shift in foreign policy phraseology coincided with the inauguration of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) Oil Terminal in the Eastern Mediterranean. The term and conceptualization of the “New Middle East,” was subsequently heralded by the U.S. Secretary of State and the Israeli Prime Minister at the height of the Anglo-American sponsored Israeli siege of Lebanon. Prime Minister Olmert and Secretary Rice had informed the international media that a project for a “New Middle East” was being launched from Lebanon.
This announcement was a confirmation of an Anglo-American-Israeli “military roadmap” in the Middle East. This project, which has been in the planning stages for several years, consists in creating an arc of instability, chaos, and violence extending from Lebanon, Palestine, and Syria to Iraq, the Persian Gulf, Iran, and the borders of NATO-garrisoned Afghanistan.

Large Number of Advanced Communication and Satellite Devices Seized with the Terrorist Groups

DAMASCUS, (SANA)- The authorities concerned confiscated a large number of highly advanced communication means and satellite devices found with the armed terrorist groups and the members working with the seditious and instigative TV channels targeting Syria.
The first group of the confiscated devices included handheld two-way simplex system communication devices operating in the very high and ultrahigh frequency (VHF/UHF) ranges.
The devices were confiscated in a number of tension areas as they were used to ensure communication between the terrorists and criminals and organize the course of their movement to carry out attacks against the law enforcement personnel.
The devices operate by wireless scanning of the frequency ranges to pick up the calls of the security and law enforcement forces and monitor the movement of their personnel.
The second group included Thuraya satellite mobile phone sets which were used for satellite communication among the terrorists and those who work with them and between them and the misleading satellite TV channels and the external sides.
SIM cards for the Thuraya phones, charged through Arab and foreign providers, were used by the terrorists to avoid the monitoring of the authorities.

lol Al Jazeera propaganda. Meanwhile in reality, Arabs are tired of living under brutal dictators. I actually really hate when people attribute Arab uprisings to CIA, NATO, whatever you want to call it, not because it's beyond surreal paranoid, but because it's a weird form of American exceptionalism coming from paranoid leftists instead of xenophobic righthists, that obviously America's covert entities are the ones in fact behind the Arab spring, not the Arabs themselves willing to die for a better future after decades of having dictators.

BEIRUT, (SANA) – Mother Agnes Merriam al-Saleeb, head of the Catholic Media Center team which visited Syria and witnessed the reality of the situation on the ground, said on Friday that there is great distortion of the truth about what is happening in Syria, indicating to the terrorist acts committed by armed groups against citizens and security forces in Syria.
In a press conference, Mother Agnes pointed out that the Catholic Media Center and the accompanying journalists were the first media delegation that visited the hotspots and hospitals and witnessed what was being inflicted upon the security forces and the army, and thus the delegation is determined to relaying the facts and going into details about how gunmen confronted security forces and the army to undermine the state's dignity and create a state of chaos and confusion, leading to harming citizens in a blatant manner unfitting of human rights, with bodies being desecrated, mutilated and discarded in the streets without mercy.
During the press conference, which was attended by Italian, Belgian, French, Spanish and US journalists who visited Syria, Mother Agnes said that the delegation toured Homs, Qara, al-Qasir, al-Nahda'a and Baba Amro and saw mutilated bodies left behind by gunmen who were holding the Syrian people hostage, creating a nurturing environment for nameless gunmen possessing advanced firearms and ammo who vandalized and terrorized citizens and security forces.

The "Free Syria Army"

The "Free Syria Army" is literally an army of militant extremists, many drawn not from Syria's military ranks, but from the Muslim Brotherhood, carrying heavy weapons back and forth over the Turkish and Lebanese borders, funded, supported, and armed by the United States, Israel, and Turkey. The latest evidence confirming this comes in the form of a report out of the International Institute for Strategic Studies where Senior Fellow for Regional Security at IISS-Middle East Emile Hokayem openly admits Syria's opposition is armed and prepared to drag Syria's violence into even bloodier depths.

This report comes in sharp contrast to the propaganda fed via the corporate-media and the West's foreign ministers on a daily basis, where the violence is portrayed as one-sided, with Syria's President Bashar al-Assad "gunning down" throngs of peaceful, placard waving protesters. Just as in Libya where these so-called "peaceful protesters" turned out to be hordes of genocidal racist Al Qaeda mercenaries, led by big-oil representatives, fighting their cause upon a verified pack of lies, so too is Syria's "pro-democracy" movement which is slowly being revealed as yet another militant brand of extremists long cultivated by Anglo-American intelligence agencies, whose leadership is harbored in London and Washington and their foot soldiers supplied a steady stream of covert military support and overt rhetorical support throughout the compromised corporate media.

The only thing I'd like to add is that Syria is very much like Iraq under Saddam Hussein in that only a ruthless dictator like Saddam, or Assad's father, can hold the country together.

Once Syria's Baathists are overthrown, a generation long period of bloody anarchy will inevitably follow.
