i dont think its big, 35,000 usually die from influenza anyway... i think 7-100(VERY liberal number there)people dying is a drop in the bucket, i dont think its news at all...
look at the numbers of people killed from tobacco, alcohol related accidents and overdoses, TB malaria etc etc etc.... its extremely exageratted, if only theyd freak out about stupidity on this level, or herpes or oh GOD, the HPV virus that will kill us all!!! haha.. sorry, im going overboard, but really, as hhb has said before "nothing to see here folks move along" and if the story changes, then the story changes, but until then, ill see it as a farce placed upon the numbminded folks of planet earth.. we'll see who sees through the silver lining

btw its not about coverage, although that would be good..but its about support, overwhelming support would hopefully initiate change(albeit slow)...but agriculturally, medically and economically our country and states need changes... almost more importantly we need the changes specifically within the criminal justice and prison systems... prohibition has crossed the line a thousand times over and people and plants need to be free to live, unhindered.

why are you against legalization, and/or not for supporting legalization, decriminalization or at least the allowance of medicinal growth and the growth of hemp for fiber, fuel, and food?

haha, well I dunno, mainly for me I see it as an issue of freedom, this plant was created and we(our gov'ts) dont have the right to say its 'illegal'...that in itself seems to be illegal to me...
but largely its sustainable and organic use as a crop interests me most, it can be made into plastics, biofuels, paper, cloth/rope, cattle feed, horse bedding, and much more
on top of that the seeds contain great amounts of omegas and is one of the best sources of plant protein(besides soy i believe), its also a great oxygen producer..
I dunno it just seems overwhelmingly like an amazing plant AND...and thats a BIG AND

its illegal because its bad for the petroleum companies, the energy companies, the paper and timber companies, the paint companies...its BAD for all of them, so I can only believe that its GOOD for the people, and GOOD for the planet... sorry I just woke up but maybe that'll show you a little bit on my perspective, of course I could have gone into the medicinal benefits of easing pain and nausea, or just the fact that sometimes its just plain fun to eat a magic cookie! haha, but maybe we'll save that for another day, cause really I see those properties as added bonuses to this plants already astounding possibilities(which I think we should seek out first, not the potential as a drug, we have enough drugs around, and thats not the only issue here) practically two different plants, which are one in the same.
also if you're religious at all the first AND last pages of the bible may give us some perspective on this(first Genesis 1:29 God gave us every seed-bearing plant on the whole earth...(that) will be yours for food. AND last in Revelation 22:2 on each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.) theres some other talk about where the word Canaan, and Canvas came from, and how in the sacred anointing oil, the ingredient of 'frangrant cane' is indeed Cannabis..but alright I'm done for now, time for coffee so I can wake up!

well, anybody with a brain isn't going to subscribe to the notion this is a naturally occurring disease. at the very least stay open to the possibility it was engineered, seeing how the supposed origins are sketchy as hell. any microbiologist would be suspicious. bird flu from north america got the swine flu's from pigs in Asia and Europe, respectively, and then mixed in human somewhere along the way. evidently, a Mexican or Mexico visitor caught this and took it back over there. so, somebody or something went to the corners of the world, and it by chance or intent, gathered these flu's into one. it's just too many continents too soon...

regardless of the origins, no way in hell I'm taking the vaccine...not a chance...

the being said, let's not lose sight of what's important here.
those of you with awareness will realize that this flu, coupled with the economy is Obama's 911, so to speak...it's being used to common denominate Mexico, US, and Canada, for the merging of those countries.

It seems pretty obvious this has occured before...the origins are known (and have been for a while) and we just happen to be dealing with a new strain now.
Now, wiki, could be a CIA funded blacks ops...but, I very much doubt that.

except this isn't simply a new strain. it's a cross between four....
the human flu, swine flue from Asia, swine flu from Europe, and bird flu...the fact is happened before is what makes this possible, and this is why there is suspicion regarding it's origins.
you should really look more carefully at both sides of these issues...discernment shall prove valuable in these next few years.
