    I've been practicing for my whole 27 years lol. I'm incapable. I'll just take a floaty mat and a drink with an umbrella in it instead.

    You can do running in morning time 3 or 4 miles per day because it will help you to lose your weight or fat very fast. its good if you are work out hard in gym.

    I started swimming laps at the gym i go to and its tiring as fuck.

    I used to swim a lot as a kid. But something happened this past time and the next mornig after swimmig for about half hour the previous night, i was extremely dizzy for about the first hour after i woke up. I was literally stumbling into walls and felt nauseous.

    Has this happened to anyone before?

    i wish i had an indoor pool...the lakes are so cold now


    i only swam a few times this summer...didnt feel well most of the time

    maybe it's "swimmer's ear" rollin?
    i don't really know if that can make you nauseous but it can fuck with your balance (getting water in your ear)

    i don't know how to swim but i think swimming exercise help to loss weight fast.
