I've been practicing for my whole 27 years lol. I'm incapable. I'll just take a floaty mat and a drink with an umbrella in it instead.
You can do running in morning time 3 or 4 miles per day because it will help you to lose your weight or fat very fast. its good if you are work out hard in gym.
I started swimming laps at the gym i go to and its tiring as fuck. I used to swim a lot as a kid. But something happened this past time and the next mornig after swimmig for about half hour the previous night, i was extremely dizzy for about the first hour after i woke up. I was literally stumbling into walls and felt nauseous. Has this happened to anyone before?
sounds like vertigo ^ i wish i had an indoor pool...the lakes are so cold now i only swam a few times this summer...didnt feel well most of the time
maybe it's "swimmer's ear" rollin? i don't really know if that can make you nauseous but it can fuck with your balance (getting water in your ear)
