I'm surprised to see nobody has really talked about these guys here. I am an underground fan, my favourites right now are CYNE, Greydon Square, People Under the Stairs, Eyedea, etc. Now these guys take a VERY hippy and VERY socialist view on things. They come from Vancouver. The individual rappers (my favourite being Kyprios) demonstrate amazing skill on the mic. Many of the beats are also amazing and chill and relaxing. They have very much changed their image with their latest album, but for a long time they had a very uncut sound.
