    Any private institution or entity can censor speech. We do it here at Hip forum.
    The government, federal, local, or state in the U.S. however, can not restrict speech based on content, ideas, message, or subject matter (with exceptions based on time and place, you can't yell fire in a crowed movie theater).

    There was a graph by color on the news showing which states have completely restricted abortion, which had partially restricted abortion and which had not restricted abortion. The colors were yellow , red, and some other color. The only state that was shown blue was Oregon, which has abortion in the constitution and has no restrictions. Yup--right here in Oregon.

    I do think waiting until 22 weeks or more is a bit much for an abortion. I would hazard a guess that by two months you'd have determined your plan of action. But what can I say....if men gave birth, they would a push button ap for that.

    It took these geniuses 20 weeks - that's March, April, May, June, July to figure out a legal way to have an abortion, then they go and discuss it on Facebook. Might just as well have put up a billboard.

    A sad commentary on our times when a mother and child can't openly discuss medical matters that pertain only to them and them alone.

    And the Republicans complain about Big Brother!

    Also a sad commentary on our times. Can't you actually voice speak to mom about your pregnancy, like four months prior? Fucking Facebook, they could crowd cure cancer with all the time and brain power sunk in there.
