There is no doubt at all that by gaining paid membership here you are helping these guys upgrade and fix the site up when they need to.
I thought of it this way and then thought hey these guys might need some help with paying for things that are required for this site.

I think of it as this if you pay for a membership then come to the table and contribute to these people.
It's ok if you don't want to but it's wise if you help them out.

 

I have about a million questions for them, honestly. Thank you. I will look into it...

 

I feel like after 10 years, HF should be paying me for my contributions.

I'd be your patron. As long as you don't stop kicking ass. At that point, your funding coukd stop.

You should sign up on patron and get paid for your effort.

 

If be happy with getting paid for managing the iracing league tbh. But noooo.

 

I don't think they could appreciate your sense of humor, and imagination.

 

We have 3 Admins which we look after our own series within the league.

To host a series it approx costs me $25US for 23 weeks 4x so 100US plus my All-Star race and additional servers maybe 150US a year.

That is not on top of my yearly subscription for the service either.

Most people acknowledge this and know we are a private self funded league with no sponsors, but a lot take it for granted too. It's free for them.

I could ask a friend for a sponsor to pay my money. 100$ a year is really nothing, but then I don't like how those friends companies work for a race league. Like, most the dudes I race with probably fat beer gut types, I ain't gonna promote a friend's personal training business as a main sponsor lol.

 

How much wpukd something like that cost for a year total?
