    In Pot We Trust is a better movie.

    He inhaled in some scenes, he just was forced not to "inhale" in states where it was illegal, for legal reasons.

    I thought it did a good job explaining why Federal can override the State in matters such as this. It's the same with any law that is State only and not Federal, but the only move Feds ever make toward laws by State is with MJ.
