Our bodies evolved without sunblock. If your body hurts it's telling you to get out of the sun. If you put sunblock on it masks your bodies natural reaction and prevents you from getting away from the sun and damages your cells. This is why we get cancer, listen to your biological body.
I hate wearing sunblock, but I have to. I'm so fair skinned that I will burn if I leave my arm hanging out the car door too long driving somewhere. I use Neutrogena sensitive skin spf 60+. I never get burnt and it doesn't break my skin out like the other ones do.
My best friend has the same problem. I feel so bad for her. She has to wear blankets at the beach and stuff... Just make sure you NEVER use spray-on sunblock...she used it last year because its waterproof and ended up getting 3rd degree burns on her face and was hospitalized for it. She still has scars around her lips and eyes.
