Summercamp 2006

how is Summercamp, to anyone whose gone? Roo was fun, i kinda wanna go again (i'm mostly just burning to go to a fest) Summercamp has an AMAZING lineup and is way cheaper and closer........ just wanna hear feedback from anyone whose gone before.

 

I have heard from many friends that it is one of the most enjoyable fests in terms of seeing the band up close and personal with a small scene vibe.

 

i am totally there. if anyone wants to talk to me, ill be like the only thirteen year old there.

 

disco biscuits, tea leaf, moe, umphreys. this is gonna be the event of the year!!!

 

While I will most likely be hittin Summercamp up this summer, you gotta check out Wakarusa! I think that festival is going to be the event of the year after the new artist additions.

I'm going to summercamp again this year , although it looks like a solo trip this year,I just can't pass up the line up. comming from Virginia , anyone wanna go? I have room.

 

Dude, it soo rocks!!! i live in the area (moving in a week) and the police said that cannabis was everywhere, so they are gonna stop looking for it, and focus on LSD, MDMA, and other hard drugs next year. (this was said right after the concert)

This is sooo gonna rock best. lineup. ever. in history.

WHAT IF STRING CHEESE PLAYS AT SUMMERCAMP.....I WOULD GOOOOO NUTS....THAT WOULD MAKE SUMMERCAMP BETTER THAN 10KLF OR BONNAROO OR ANY FESTIVAL IN MY OPINION

I went to summer camp last year, and i can tell you i got alot of negitive vibes from some of the people that were there. alot of people were there for drugs and had no interest in the music. there was a shitload of nitrious use, which led to a few problems, and some asshole cops, and you couldent bring your booze in. other than that i had an awesome time. keller put on an awesome show along with umphreys, hot buttered rum, moe., michael franti and many more. with this years lineup im definitly considering going

well, i agree..there are more and more assholes there every year..but that's expected...
sometimes i let those people ruin it for me...
but i try to just spread the love and not let them drain my energy...cuz there is sooo much fun to be had!!

the nitrous sucked..all i heard all night was that tank...the guys camping across from us came just for that..i seen them roll a tank from their van..run it to the woods...and then they sold it and took off..it was shady...
but anyhow....it shall be a fun time this year..

make sure u make it to the groovatron late night show!!!
