summer is almost over ... what has changed for you?

Unfortunately my summer has had some REALLY bad things and some good things.

I got dumped.
I got a job.
I got promoted.
I found out I was having a baby boy.
Me and the father of my first kids are going through issues when it come to visitation and child support issues.
Morning sickness
My car is "fixed"
....and the list could go on. Over all it wasn't the worst summer, but it definately wasn't the best.

 

I fell in love.

 

well my hair thing seems so silly now.


we fixed up our house and are putting it on the market TODAY ... we raised 3 babies here (and 3 dogs... a cat... numerous fish)

Unfortunate when you are pregnant... must be hard.

nothin really changed for me this summer...i hope for some things to change now that school starts soon...anywayz it was an ordinary summer what really sucks!!!!!!

 

Lets see... I graduated from uni so I'm not a student anymore. I got an amazing job. I moved away from my little seaside hippie haven (=Brighton) and am now living in Oxford with my boyfriend. My life sounds a lot more grown up now. So yea, my life has changed a lot this summer.

my point of view changed, again

 

Hey Meg. I work for Oxfam, which is the biggest development organization in the UK. My job is basically to think of ways to alleviate poverty and save the world.

 

I went to my first summer festival, bought a turntable, wrote several new songs, decided on a name for my one-man band, and feel more inspired than ever to make music

 

Two things, Jack and shit...and Jack left town.

 

Nothing really changed for me. Well I did start a new school last week. I have a love hate relationship with the place. I'm older. haha Ummmmmmm.......

 

Two hours of biking a day throughout the summer has transformed my legs into a solid mass of muscle

I hate the eventual transition inside to a stationary bike, but harsh winter conditions make it a must. and yes, I see the occasional idiot biking outside even on the coldest winter days, but that idiot isn't going to be me.

Besides a tan? Damn.... I'm proud of my tan right now.

Um... my hair is a bit shorter and "better"..... I lost more weight and my legs are SUPER toned right now (running on the beach will do it)....


Hmm....changes, changes..... I'm happier then I was six months ago but the more we change the more we stay the same....

Oh, and summer is not almost over. Not allowed.

I can play guitar now
Got a job at the library
I lost my anxiety...finally

adn will have gone to 2 funerals by the end of friday this week only one was my family though

 

chainged for me? why on earth would i expect anything to have just because another summer has come and gone (and i wish it would hurry up and actually BE gone. so it won't keep being too damd hot to go outside in the day time!). my tired bones are another year older of course. can't think of a single thing else. i think my wife might be getting a better idea of what's important. that or getting better at pretending to. i can never tell which.

The same thing with my hair but i'm getting mine done tomorrow.
Well summer hasn't really ended here at all, it's soooooooooooooooooooooo hot right now.
Plus in this heat....running round after 3 little ones, i've managed to lose 2 1/2 stone in 4 months so pretty chuffed with that.

 

This summer i lost weight, fell madly and deeply in love even more with my boyfriend, made some clothing changes, got rid of the bad things and people in my life, smoked so much weed i should be brain dead by now, and just chilled. I would have to say this has been the best summer ever and i will never forget it. Its the first summer i ever had a boyfriend who i love very very much and will be with forever and ever no matter what. =]
