If a person is dying say of cancer, do you think it should be unlawful to lt them commit suicide to avoid the pain and to save the time they have to live in pain. This would be for any other disease or whatever. Conditions are death to happen soon and would suffer. so what ya think?
people should have the right to off themselves no matter what the case is...we all die at some point, and if their choice is suicide to end it, then who am i or anyone else to tell them they can't... thats true freedom right there now, i wouldn't want my friends to take their own life and of course i'd try talking to them, but ultimately, its their choice.
I mean it was kinda like an aunt I had, she was dying of cancer of the brain, the tumor was growing created massive pain, she was on morphine and her doctor was afraid to increase her dose becuase (get this) he was afraid she would become an addict! She is going to die, he gave her less that 90 days to live at that point, who cares if she is a drug addict at that point. Thankfully for her a second doctor gave her the ability to unlimited through IV push button.
here its just assisted man, you mericans are fucked in can we do try and prevent suicide, by putting up fences on the bridge most ppl jump off however, if you walk like 10 more mins theres another bridge
what really amazed me is what is the penalty of a person cinvicted of suicide, lol does the corpse have to appear in court. Its just one of those laws that never get dealt with since obviously the criminal is dead, lol
It's ridiculous isn't it? Like if you try to top yourself and fail then your convicted.. like your a goverment sheep with a barcode that attempted to escape paying tax.
The US Supreme Court chooses the appeals (cases) it'll hear - a hearing before the Court is not automatic on appeal. How is this relevant? At this point in time, no lower Federal court would find against the government(s) on this issue...... like sooo many others even if blatantly unconstitutional.
