I have been going around the city i live in at night, usualy around 1-4AM and every time I walk by an attractive girl I like to rub at my crotch in hopes that they spot me doing so, and it is extremely fun (for me at least).
Anyone eles every try this? discuss and share

Even though you aren't touching her, this is a form of sexual assault.

She hasn't consented to be part of your sexual pleasure.

Rubbing one's self in a public place and getting off on the fear of being seen is one thing.
But hoping to impose your sexual self-pleasure on others, by being seen, without their prior consent is both immoral and illegal.

Lol!! This reminds me of the time my girlfriends ex-boyfriend insisted on masturbating in front of me. Awkward!

Is it illegal? (immoral and rude, and such actions will not charm the ladies, yes we agree on that). I ask this because I remember reading a news article that came from new york where some guy got charges dropped for masturbating on the subway while looking at a particular girl, and in that case some of his ejaculate touched her leg.

Charges got dropped...and there was an outrage. Law might've been amended since that story but this seems like a similar situation.

Typically, any sexual act in view of the public, and some places consider open curtains the same as the front yard, is at least a misdemeanor.

I don't let the law determine what I smoke.
Nor do I allow statutory legality to give me permission as to where I stroke.

If one is to substitute one's moral sense for written law, it goes both ways. The legality of an immoral act may be of interest to liars who have passed the bar (did I misspell that word? I'm sure that it starts with an L.), but is of little interest who follow their hearts rather than the letter of the law.
