I'm diabetic and I'm sick of poisoning myself on aspartame, and I wondered if anyone knows how to make a natural drink with no sugar. I have acess to the stevia herb, it's basically just the drink I was wondering about.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Water is a given. I'm looking for some good natural ways to flavor it or make beverages from vegetables and such.

You can try Celestial Seasonings line of hot or cold teas, but you'll need quite a bit of stevia for it

i drink a lot of sun teas this time of year. no sun is actually required.

throw a couple of bags of herbal caffeine free teas into a couple of liters of water. let it sit in the fridge overnight, or even just for a couple of hours. take the bags out and drink. :) i particularly like the egyptian licorice yogi tea (you can get yogi tea either at the health food store, or walmart carries it now). no sweetener required!

are you looking for a fizzy drink recipe? like a natural soda or something? i'm sure i've seen healthy recipes with stevia used as the sweetener, but i didnt really take note of where i saw them, cause i dont really care for the fizzy drinks.
