Subway or Quiznos....

The prices on both are high. Its normally 7.37 for a footlong. Plus 2.30 for a meal. And the prices just went up recently. Really you could just go to a grocery store and get all the same stuff and get 5 snadwhichs out of it. In my opinion its highway robbery.

 

Deli quality the same stuff.

 

They are both expensive, but I like Quizno's the best.

They have those new flatbread sammies for 2 dollars...they are SLAMMIN !

Ya true and it cheaper. Honestly I don't normally wash my hands after I smoke a cigarette sometimes. I really hate my job though.

 

subway gives you more meat and things on your sub but quiznoes omg i love the way they make their salads ive only had their sammie's but they are small as shit.

Between Subway & Quizno's, I prefer Quizno's. If you think of a sub as coldcuts with sliced turkey, ham & salami then you don't know what these places are all about. I always look for a type of hot steak & cheese sub. I really like the Black Angus one best when I go to Quizno's.

I've always felt that Tubby's had the best subs, like their mushroom steak & cheese. But that was back when they used real swiss cheese and not this processed cheese food, and they would melt the cheese into the meat instead of putting it on the bun cold. Even though they're nowhere near as good as they used to be, they're still far better than Subway.

If you're ever in the Saginaw area of Michigan, and like subs that are just steak & onions, then you gotta try Big John's. The closest thing to one of these would be a Philly Steak sandwich, but better.


All this talk about subs is making me hungry.

 

I have managed a Subway, and I have managed a Quizno's. Let me tell you, Subway does NOT give you more meat. Not at all. Quizno's crams their ingredients full on the bread, and loads you up to the point you can't eat for the rest of the day. Subway is exactly as Donski said, COLD CUTS. Quizno's is not. Their meats and cheeses are sliced fresh daily, where Subway's come packaged and already sliced.

Quizno's has superior ingredients to begin with, suck as Black Angus steak, capicola, premium salami, and the best cheeses you will ever find in a corporate sub store.

I hate to sound like I still work for them, but they are just so much better! Subway used to be the best, but their main selling point used to be freshness, and as most of you know that have been into a Subway lately, they are falling flat in that category these days.

Quizno's is pricey, but it is worth it, if you want to enjoy your sandwich and not just gulp it down.

 

great sandwiches at quiznos, AND they deliver. love it.

 

Not to mention they have awesome soups and salads.

mr submarine, better deal for the $... the quizno's around me suck and are expensive, is why most are closing down... subway is just so so.

 

I like quizno's better than subway. I would rather fix my own at home, but hey sometimes hunger hits when I am in town.
