You may be talking about molestation, but I made it clear that molestation is an "act". And that "act" is chosen. Thus, there was merely a misunderstanding between us. Yes, I agree. Molestation is, rightfully, a crime. Pedophilia is a psychological disorder. Not a crime.

I highly doubt someone would choose to be labeled by you. And a 16 year old is not a child and is not under the definition of "pedophile". 16 is the legal A.O.C. in several states (and rightfully so). Society shouldn't be based on fear either. Respect, sure.
You missed the whole other argument in another thread that started it all. He took it upon himself to label some people as "subhumans" much like Adolf Hitler once did. I'm just glad people like that aren't in control. Yet.

Molestation is a choice. And is also a crime. And for that I was labelled "into" pedophiles. And I'm sure that wasn't meant "scientifically" either.
