pretty cool. he's only 17 so his record'll be fine as an adult. kudos to that kid. wonder if he knew what he was getting into.

Ian Barry says he wasn't trying to be a martyr when he lit a marijuana joint this week at Peninsula High School in Gig Harbor, nor was he trying to pull a stunt.

Simply put, the 17-year-old junior wanted to drive home the message of his persuasive essay: Marijuana doesn't deserve its negative stigma and should be legalized.

agreed.... they can expel him but what can they really charge him with?? inciting a riot?? maybe

unless they are going to book him for his poop.....

this reminds me of something a dude i know did. he pulled the fire extinguisher, so everyone went to the gym, and while they were there, he smoked a blunt with his feet up on the vice principle's desk.

This reminds me of when I was a much younger person. I was driving to work down the highway in the middle lane and a State Trooper passed me on the left going really fast without their lights on. So, me being young, dumb and full of cum I decided to follow the Trooper. I mean she, I did not know she was a woman at the time, was speeding down the highway doing like 80mph without her lights on. So, I was like well if she is speeding then so can I. At the time I thought that they only way they were aloud to exceed the speed limit was if thier lights were on. Anyway, long story short, because you all know I can tell a long one, she pulled me over. Later on when I went to court to try and argue the case to the judge, he said to me "son, you are either the dumbest kid I have ever met or your balls klang when you walk". True Story. I still had to pay the fine.

I know someone who got a ticket for not wearing their seatbelt (they weren't wearing it), took it to court, and won. :)
