Strange experience while looking into mirror

Oh man, this reminds me of a weird trick I taught myself…it’s hard to explain but I’ll try…
Preferably when you’re fried, but it “works” sober, look in a mirror and stare at your forehead (in your reflection). While you’re doing this, don’t move your eyes, but just concentrate on your eyes (in your reflection), kinda like out of the (bottom) ‘corner’ of your eyes, and slowly move your head closer to the mirror, while still concentrating on the reflection of your eyes (but still, looking at your forehead). I don’t know if it’ll happen to you, but for me it makes my eyes (reflection) look fucking scary…like blackened and big…
