Iunno. Gay bars are a mystery to me. A gay friend mentioned maybe going to one when the three of us were out and he's like, "But you might not like that, they play gay porn on the TVs". And on TV and in movies they're always disco type places with assless chaps everywhere. They seem like a different universe.

as a lesbian who has not strayed into a "straight" bar in decades - none of the ones I go to have any problem with anyone elses relationships. Only possible problem is if an unattended straight person comes in and gets butthurt about being approached. I mean come on, if you look single expect interest - yet I hear of people gong and getting angry about being asked to dance or to buy them a drink.
