Really weird Sky this morning ! Sand from the Sahara they reckon http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4985116/Hurricane-creates-red-sun-skies-England.html
It was actually very weird and beautiful tbh.. it was like there was an eclipse, everything was dark but bright..
Named after a character famous for drowning. I assume that was just a rather ghoulish coincidence, they're alphabetized, aren't they?
The Sky a misty Red, the Sun Bright Orange, the temperature warm - and then the winds a swirling - if winter is coming, seems it will be a bloody one
Well this morning our back communal garden/garage area looks like a wheelie bin graveyard! I have no fucking idea where they came from because there are an awful lot more than what we started with! As regards sky yesterday - I said to my partner that the yellow sky looked awfully familiar and he immediately said "sand from the Sahara". Arse! When we lived in Spain and occasionally North Africa it was a common occurrence usually followed by heav rain which left the ground, parked cars etc. covered in red sand.
