Stop the Internet Blacklist- Will Hip Forums and similar sites be next??

Is this just about copyright infringement?

Yes, technically it is concerned with copyright law. The issue is that unlike other copyright laws regarding file sharing and such, this one will allow for the banning/blocking of web sites even if the blocked website isn't actually hosting the material. Theoretically if someone posted copyrighted material on HF, that could put HF at risk of being blocked or taken down by the ISP.
The issue of protest isn't about copyright infringement, but rather about censoring the internet.

I'm not sure, but I do not think the HipForums server is in the US.
I'm not sure if it would apply.
I could be wrong.
Theoretically, lets say it doess apply, I'd say this forum does not fall under that banner of incitement.
