Alive is indeed the wrong term. Dead too. Stones are not dead because they have never been alive in the first place. Stone is lifeless, not dead. I think he would scare people with his look after being resurrected
Stones are great for bludgeoning people. Another great way to slowly inflict pain and ultimately leads to a slow death. Cheers Glen
stop contaminating my thread with BS there is time to be funny and there is time to be serious, but this one I put on for you people to see, and it is serious! and it works!!
I haven't had time to stop by this thread before. I have a collection of stones/crystals that I use for energetic work.
yes, same here, started about 1 year ago through a friend. They work and are benefitial for lots of things. Many people also use them to treat/revive their water.
as every single cell of our body contains the blueprint of the whole body so does a stone contain the blueprint of the whole planet. Because they are made of the planet. And as we know, before the big bang, everything was one matter
What do you mean with 'have been alive'? Aren't they anymore? What made stone alive in the first place?
I've picked many a stone in my lifetime but I can't get no satisfaction.... But ya I do carry a couple in my pocket.
It would depend on the definition of "alive" and is a huge source of debate. It's common for people to associate being alive with being animate. I think that is too simple. Atoms are what make stones alive.
Seems about semantics then yes. I go by the standard definition (as always) of alive, dead and lifeless and the latter really seems to apply on stone. Its not dead. And I'm not saying no kind of energy can be derived from a particular stone (would be very wary of buying them from a self proclaimed expert though). But stone in general... no. A hand of mud/soil is more alive.
Everything consists of atoms. Even a dead composing body consists of atoms but that certainly doesnt mean it's alive Everything does have energy due to atoms but that doesnt equate to life
If that was the case then dead people, animals, plants etc would be alive as they decompose because it takes energy to decompose Believe what you want, it doesnt bother me, but strictly speaking from a scientific point of view there are certain characteristics that define life and stones don't qualify
A dead corpse or tree is in a way of course very much alive as long as the decomposing process is active. But that's different for stone. That it counts in a way for stuff like dead bodies or plant matter doesn't make stone more alive.
