Stoners who do well in school:

I got 3 A's and a B last semester, right now I have 3 B's and a C and smoke everyday before school, and during lunch. Like the above people have said....just do your homework and youll pass ALL of your classes.

 

i really dont like school either but you just gotta suck it up and go and do all your shit. I smoke pot and drink but i still get A's and B's. it is just one of those things that you got to do. just think in a few years you will be out of there and you wont have to worry about it any more=))

 

Because I want to have a succesful job when I'm older so I can buy large amounts of various drugs and have an amazing life.

Im just lucky that I'm smart so I can get a good job lol.

 

True, I got in on sports, but the only reason I couldn't get in on grades alone was because it would have cost over 35 grand a year to pay full tuition. We had plenty of kids that our coach tried to recruit who couldn't get into the school because of their grades. And BTW, our team had the highest mean GPA of any on campus activity, so the rich bastards who thought we didn't belong can eat a dick.

 

i got stoned almost every day before high school and i got a 3.4 gpa. you just have to pull yourself together and do your shit! prioritize! i don't know...smoking pot doesn't really interfere w/ my motivation. but i just always kept in mind that to go to a good collage, i had to do well in high school. don't let yourself slip up - just get through the bullshit and the world is at your feet.

now i'm in collage and still smoke a lot of weed....sometimes i'll skip class because i'm too high, but i know when i can and can't skip. ie: exam day or important lectures!!

 

You people who go to big state schools are lucky. I go to a small liberal arts school and they still take attendance. Not only that, but attendance is still part of your grade, so every day of class is a can't miss day.

 

I got to a state school and some of my classes still take attendance.
And some of my classes base part of the grade on how often your there.
College is way easyer if you go to class.
making yourself go to class is the hardest part of high edu though

 

You're definitely right on there, but that's why it's so ridiculous that they take attendance. You get doubly penalized for missing class.

 

well, right now i'm going to a technical collage but i have one or two more semesters before i can transfer to either the uw or somewhere else. some of my classes don't take attendence, which is great. i think it teaches you the value of going to class because if you skip a lot, you miss vital information which is going to affect your grade.

i really wish i could have jumped right into a state collage after high school, but i'm saving money by taking basic credits at matc.

 

man i have smoked almost every day for going on a year now. i have straight a's and i am doing extra classes. I am a freshman, and i am taking honors algebra two, and latin 2. any one can do it if you set your mind to it.

 

College is a lot more laid back, I guess. Haha, especially lectures! 8D
It's fun to go to class high when for the next hour, you'll be listening to some guy talk about stuffs!

 

I did very well in school. You just have to plan ahead if you want to miss days and still make the grades. Think it out first. Don't be spontaneous.
