    Looks like a Mexican wiring job to me...not being racist... it's reality. Down here I am amazed at what they do with electricity.

    Next door neighbor keeps throwing wild parties with 50 or so paying guests, running an event center in a private home during the quarantine... the cops response... pull the electric meter off the building. You may ask HOW did they do that?

    They tied a rope to the meter, then to the back of their patrol car... then drove away with the meter dragging and clanking down the road... in the middle of last night as we watched from our roof.

    I know a bunch of Mexican hvac and electricians. Pretty big groups on fb. The green card and gringos jokes has no borders. There's also good workers in Mexico cool dudes..
    Group recently got tools to some folks in Africa.. They was using tin can to strip wire..
