Ever since meeting an axe with my head 2 years ago weed does funny shit to me whenever I partake. Gone are the good ol' days of blazed philosophical mumbo jumbo, now its just sickness.

To continue with my bad-luck-sled-rock saga....this morning after getting the newspaper around 6:30am, one of the outside cats (that we are all sure was left behind by previous neighbors after someone else bought the haunted house) was following me around, wanting some food. For the first time EVER I saw 2 kitties with her.

I go into the house, get a can of food and some of the dry cereal food...and feed her (and I saw them join her from a distance). I feed them outside the gate but inside my property line.

THEN about the time I got to the gate, I suddenly was gob-smacked by something that hurt so bad I thought I was going to DIE. On my way back to the gate, I pass by a yellow jacket hole that I've seen at least 1000 times - we have never bothered each other. UNTIL TODAY.

That was the awfullest hurt ever. dang PERIOD. I had on my shoes I slid on, my robe and my gown...I shucked out of my panties so fast you'd have thought my boyfriend was standing Right There. It felt like I was being stung or eaten by Frankenstein, right THERE. Oh. My. God...

The bite is about 1 to 1 1/2 inch from my panty line...but at the time, it felt like everything was being lit up - and not in a good way.

The internet says the effects of a yellow jacket are from 3 days to 7 days. I am as ill as a wet cat...and dang that mess hurt.

I think cussing may make things worse...so I'm going to try going back to thinking it. We'll see how that works.

did for a while, until the cops started hassling my suppliers. little annoyances like taking their house, throwing them in jail, that kind of shit. but yeah, I generally make my own, and my suppliers liked me because they could sell me (for a low price) 'shake n shit' that they otherwise couldn't give away, because I knew how to tincture it out. lot of times they'd just give it to me to get rid of it. when I get to a place where it's legal, I'm gonna do it again, but north texas/southern oklahoma's shit for getting anything atm, and all the cops want a piece of it. too much f'ing hassle to deal with.

yellowjackets and hornets? someone paid them to try and kill me. the last sting from one I got - on the inside of my left nostril. I will admit that I cried like a little kid, too. I'd rather have taken another gunshot than get that shit again. even just thinking back to it makes my eyes water.

I went to see Beach boys tribute band tonight. I missed Beatles tribute two weeks ago It was outdoors by the community center and a woman had a huge box with three white kittens.
..... Near the speakers of a loud band. Yikes.. kittens were kinda terrified. She was giving them away. Anyways, I have seven cats now....

We are now fully setting up our own broadcast. our broadcaster has quit and a few companies want in on our action and we have sat in meetings now on Discord and we decide, fuck them, let us do it ourselves and make our own money. Going to trial on the weekend to see how we go before airing our first event live on Monday. I tell ya, there's going to be a few people that freak out over this. They're already bewildered at what we've done, and we are going to now and attempt to "smash it" lol. meaning a good thing.

I love the Beach Boys. Maybe Denny was the only real surfer, and so they were regarded as both poseurs and being "also rans" compared to the British invasion bands, but I have never outgrown the Beach Boys and never will.
