I hate it when I pop in too late. I wanted to chime in on the dark meat/grape soda discussion, but you all have moved on to the Islam/pork discussion.

I like ham, I like bacon, I like sausage...but pork chops? Yeah, not a fan...

EDIT: Fuck...even that wasn't the discussion. I wasn't on the last page. Now it's all about seminary schools and digging tunnels.

im not a fan of purchased pork chops. i think its something about the bone and they never seem done right. but i can tell you how i get around it!

we buy a whole pork loin, and i usually break it down into approximately 2 pound roasts, and i cut my "chops" out of the loin. 1 inch thick for stuffing chops, and 1/2 inch for breading and frying. very customized. no bones and gristle.

 

And it goes without saying you are one of its opponents. It's just as old and just as tired.
