aww now Irmi... I saw that post and am so very proud of you! I had such sad news that I forgot to like your post but I know you're going to do a fantastic job. It's interesting how you got a good job and weren't even looking (to my knowledge anyway.

yeah some kind of hydro system. never my thing, but this guy really did it well for his health ,.he was harvesting some nice nuggets with some amazing speed all the time, i was always impressed.

you want the water the right temp when it hits the roots.....I see extra tubes going in as opposed to in and out only….he may have misters under there too....would explain the fast grows...

Tomorrow I have a planned day out with my bff but I have really been having a problem with this...she smokes and it drives me absolutely completely insane. She insists on NEVER NEVER letting me lower my window. She'll lower her window about 2 inches (maybe) and when I honestly BEG to please let me have some air, she says 2 things: #1 - I have my window down and #2 the air is on.

I HATE HATE HATE HATE the smell of cigarette smoke. I hate smelling it in the car and I hate smelling like it when I get out. I HATE washing my hair at night, and I HATE my hair smelling like a fucking cigarette.

my god...1st world problems I know. I truly wish I didn't just hate that smell like the devil himself, but I can't help it. I haven't always felt like this, and I smoked for many years...There was a time WHEN I really wanted to smoke that I sort of even liked that smell...but damn if that wasn't some time ago.

but I've gotten like this. I can't help it...that's just the way it is. She also smokes damn menthols, which I despised the smell of when I smoked. So, you can just imagine how I feel about it now.

She gave me some masks a while ago to wear when I had to clean up Mama's bathroom, if Mama would let me - she wouldn't. (I'm serious) I'm going to take one of those masks tomorrow, and just see if it'll make any difference.

I don't understand why she won't just let me have control of my window and that one afternoon of her life (every 2 weeks) just damn let me hang my head out the window like a dog if I want so I won't have to smell her nasty methol cigarette smoke.

I don't have anything against smokers...but dear GOD - please don't make non-smokers ride in the car with you and not let them roll down the window (or roll it down some) if they want to.

God, I dread tomorrow.

I LOVE my Crown Vic...she is the best car I'll ever have, and I'll honestly be shocked if I ever get rid of her. I keep her maintained well.

I don't keep her cleaned that well though. I wish I did...but mygracious that's BIG BIG car for a not tall woman to wash. I keep a special little stool to wash her with, but still. Then I have to go to a lot of trouble to find a decent, good car wash around here and vacuum her out.

Strangely, I've loved it and smiled and smiled when I've been mistaken for a cop. The other car/person in it is ALWAYS obvious when they first think I'm a cop/

Of course they thought I was a cop a few years ago when I kept it cleaned more often. lol

 

Is this the current SL general chat? Miss you guys. I've spent all my time in the psychedelic bump threads for the past few years. It's kind of dying off, but you still have some good regulars there.
