Irms, i find you use the word gay here in a derogatory meaning and thus declare you homophobic.

I must say, I'm a proponent of, "if you don't like it, leave." Especially those who don't vote or get involved with any sort of grassroots organizations. If people aren't going to do anything to change their communities, nor leave them, listening to them complain about how terrible it is just frustrates me. Does that make me an idiot? I don't know. All I know is, I didn't want to live in Massachusetts anymore so I moved across the country.

Anyway, Hulu just added Xena to their lineup. All I need now is Charmed and I'm all set.

Broinlaw is difficult to deal with, the whole family is. But last night. YO!! this house is so water damaged its never going to dry out . I can smell mold and mildew all the way upstairs. So I asked why the AC isnt on. Considering the AC is the biggest moisture remover that there is. He says because the thermostat isnt letting it come on. Well change it stupid! Then he says the AC has a humidity remover.. No stupid The AC is the humidity remover. That's what it does, removes moisture and dumps it into a pan!
If that wasnt enough to deal with.
He simply thinks that THC is the only thing beneficial in cannabis. Im sorry dude is so dumb. But I dont want to get just high. I want to get medicated, and healed. THC can only do so much.. Top 10 Cannabinoids And What They Do

Went out and got drunk with a friend from Australia tonight. Replays of the World Cup were on in all of the bars. I know jack shit about soccer, so it was funny watching him get all riled up.

We're working in a smaller town for the summer, so it's nearly impossible to find green (we work in Shanghai from September - early June, so it's easy to get). Ended up walking into whorehouses asking if they can find the shit. When we went into the second place I showed them a picture on my phone and the hostess laughed and said no. Then she looked at the guys who were there and said "Foreigner is asking for *****." A Japanese guy that turned out to be my age all of sudden jumped up and said "Yes, yes, come outside." He didn't have any stuff, but he can get it from a friend whenever we need it. Even funnier, his Japanese name is "Kanda" or something like that, and his English name is "Canada". Really makes no fucking sense, but it's not the weirdest English name I've come across. He even showed us some pictures of him smoking out of a bong on the river of an ancient water town in the city we're in.

The first bar we were at had a bunch of money from around the world hung up near the alcohol display. I didn't see any Canadian so I stupidly gave them a 20. They gave us a "free beer" each which sure as fuck wasn't worth close to $20 Canadian, but I thought "Oh well, can't spend it here anyway, may as well promote the country."

Go to Nanjing Road East. (Huge shopping street. One of the biggest tourist places in the city. Every taxi driver knows where it is)

Chinese guys will come right up to you and ask "Want to buy a watch?" Say no... Then they'll ask "Want to go get a massage?" Say no... Then they'll ask "Well, what do you want? Maybe I can help?" You can either straight up tell them what you want, or speak in code. They'll understand right away.

They'll bring you to a side street and then in about 20 minutes you'll have your stuff.

It's an open secret. The police obviously know, but have much bigger things to worry about. It's one of the only places in the city where the cops carry guns.

Yep, all the tracks the real guys run on, laser scanned to perfection, feel every bump, every elevation. My new wheel is high force feedback it rattles down the straights going over the bumps. Pit crew does come out, they can mess up a stop, you can slide through your pits and mess up, you do get penalties for passing under yellow, jumping the start, too fast in pit lane, entering or exiting closed pits.. Pretty much everything that happens in real life.

I messed up yesterday because I was on older tires on the left side and I started wheel hopping into the corner as the elevations changed and the banking and they even have progressive banking as it is laser scanned so you do find and notice that the bottom of the corner is flatter than the top and so you have to learn different lines and how to drive differently as your tyres wear out. Can't keep the same line for 50 laps if you wanna be fast hehe. At some tracks the fast line is right at the bottom but after 30 laps of racing you'll be riding the wall at the top.

I don't think they have simulated oil on track yet though, but there can be a yellow flag if someone blows up on track. For some reason iRacing is behind on those things. They'll get there. Atm they need to fix day to night transitions and rain, though rain doesn't matter to us oval folks cause you don't run in it anyway hehe

I'd suggest probably nearly every single team in real life uses iRacing in some form. They say to learn a track there's nothing better. The cars are all tested with data. Real teams say they can set a car in in racing with a setup and when they get to the real race track they can use that setup and run within a tenth of second of what they did on iRacing its that legit and that close to real life.

All the rookies in the real race yesterday were said to be on the sims all week to learn the race track at Sonoma as its a track rookies never see until they step up in the big game.

i painted the ugly wall in the kitchen. i used some old butter yellow paint as a base, and made a kind of minty color. it will do. i had just enough to do what i needed to. dry its somewhere between mint and pistachio. the wall is super uneven, but at least now its fucked up in all one color. woo hoo.

when i get really depressed i tend to do project jobs that are hard to justify spending time on but that i enjoy. so did i do dishes? no. i painted a wall to make myself happy. i moved big cubbies for storage in the garage, freeing space and using it better. i started repainting the picnic table for the kiddo. if i could get to my sewing machine i would be making a mess doing that. happily.
but its some progress, and at least i will be okay with that when this episode is over.
