If he catches you slacking or not putting out 110 percent.... he punishes you with push ups, mountain climbers or the worst punishment of all....> burpees.

And he decides when the punishment ends

I love it.
And so does everyone else... we never try to miss a class.

Some of the class including me try to get punished...... I makes you look into the abyss of no pain no gain
