no bridge failures here not in my lifetime. none our bridges are long enough to have failure. liberty is high has structure problems, but nowhere near catastrophic .. we get them struck with barges all the time.. ha what is nova smoking?

the television show was on that massive bridge collapse in Italy that killed all those people but they were showing Bridges from cities all over the world and showing how those cities are dealing with the broken cables inside the bridges and trust me if Pittsburgh has some broken cables inside their Bridges but they're on top of it they showed one bridge in Pittsburgh where they have added in dehumidifiers into the cable housings to remove and prevent moisture it was kind of a cool show very engineering-based

 

They do not build Bridges anymore where the cables are inside the concrete they showed one in England I think in London where they had to close it down and add in more cables underneath because it too is going to collapse

 

Apparently 300 birds flew into the side of the Nascar Hall of Fame building and somewhere in the Carolinas and are now dead
