Oh dear God - I GUESS things could be worse...but right this second I don't know how. For the FIRST TIME EVER the kitchen sink is stopped up...its a double sink. The friend has brought (I bought) a plunger here - and it did NO GOOD. There is NOTHING stopping anything at the drain end so, its a clog somewhere in the system.

Jesus wept.

He has now gone to get a 25 foot snake...I can only hope he doesn't poke a hole in something (a pipe) getting the clog out.

God help me. I just wanted to wash that dang little cat that has his eye removed and had those stitches taken out this morning. Now everything is a mess.

well you're making it sound very funny. i have like a sitcom image of this in my mind.

 

a hawk flew into a window and I managed to pick it up for a minute and hold it. It was knocked out cold for a while and I said "you ok little fella" gave and it a few turns - my idea of bird CPR .. ha.. it cocked it head, and I laid it on the ground on its side and pet it some more "come on buddy you can do it'' .. it tired to roll over but couldnt so i picked it up again and set it on the feet and held it up.. then its feet got springy and I could feel its power coming back, the second I let it down on it own it bounced once and fell over again. I was feeling bad but I give it one more hold up launch pad and bounce bounce and she was off.. That was really cool. Even with the sharp talons it was giving me the thanks for help look the whole time. it was so pretty..

I might make some rice for lunch. But I'll throw mince through it, tomato sauce and then mix it all together. This is my version, actually my dads version of brown rice, with white rice. Then I add olives and some cheese. it's one those good hangover cures. I'm not technically hungover, but after a few drink after my win yesterday I felt bit seedy in the tummy all morning. Like hungry feeling. So I'm gonna fill it with rice.

Just logged another 60 odd laps with team mates for MIchigan race. The slower setup is definitely better on the long run by a mile.

 

My dog will sneak over to the chickens water and take a drink from it and the chickens will sneak over to the dog's water and drink from that I'm not understanding why they don't just drink from their own f****** Waters

@rollingalong dang it...tell me why there is a clog in a sink, out of a drain where there has NEVER been one in 60 yrs...we've been in this house that long. Well, Aunt Cousin Mama has...and she NEVER EVER lets a thing go down that stupid drain. I do sometimes, then let the water run and run and run...and even go outside and see it running out.

GAD! Friend is coming back sometimes this morning as he said (when he was leaving yesterday evening - gotta get to bed EARLY! ) I should have seen the clot of HAIR he got out of there. WE HAVE NEVER LET HAIR GO DOWN THAT DRAIN!!! He said he thought that would "break things up"... but apparently, it didn't. He also said he felt another "squishy hardish" clot/clog and that is what he is going for this morning.

Lord have mercy.

 

This is from Australia. I WANT IT.

In the meantime...I'm going to concentrate on it, eat CBD gummies, and think on clean sinks IN THE KITCHEN.

I hope that works...but bet it won't.
