Does anybody else sometimes lose track of their mouse arrow? I can't tell if it actually disappears, or I just am not seeing it. I wave my finger really fast on my track pad looking for it. Oh brother!

 

I HELL HATE the carpet in this house...and if really all the carpet wasn't covered by heavy HEAVY furniture, I'd have already ripped it up, especially since Mama has stated wearing crazy pants about 24/7. Like the piano, which is a very very heavy one, a very heavy antique china cabinet, chest of drawers with marble top on it. shit. In my room is equally heavy stuff, but not as bad that what I just described, plus in my room, there is so much shit, it is unreal. I use it as a room to hide things...yes you read that right. Mama has this habit of deciding something is her's and you just never see it again. She seems to have good taste in what she takes, so in the past several years I've taken to hiding things in my room and locking it every single time I go out.

The other week, she asked/said - so you put a lock on your door...it was sort of a statement and a question (if that makes sense). I nodded. She said nothing. The thing is there has ALWAYS been a lock on my door; but about 2 months ago out of nowhere, she hands me this key that had attached to it "Lynn's room". Well, indeedy it WAS a key to my room. lol So, it is locked when I'm gone, and sometimes when I'm here.

I've had more than one premonition, and ignored it to my dismay and great unhappiness. I agree that I wish she would leave him alone on the child support...it won't be worth it to be tied to him forever and a day.

 

I'm basically always on time or early...

@Meliai you are a much better friend than I...if someone left me waiting in the yard for them to to what the fuck ever...I promise you I'd leave in 2 heart beats. If they wanted to see me, they could some see me....and see how they liked standing around outside while I assed around doing whatever. lol I really would.

Dang @Irminsul...I'm surprised you don't go to the door and get that pizza what the Missus does whatever she can't do before the person gets there. I'd get that pizza and I go ahead and start eating it.

I wouldn't argue with these late (and I must say unconcerned about other people's lifes or feelings) people....I'd leave and/or give them a taste of their own medicine.

Lord have mercy...Aunt Cousin Mama just came in here and told me she left her money in the bank in Charleston, and she HATED that...but that was ok - she'd call them tomorrow and straighten that out. Now she is just walking around...this is my cue to go to bed.

What's so bad about the carpet?

I always liked shag carpet the best. I wonder why people don't do that anymore. If I had a house, and I could find shag carpet somewhere, I'm install it. A nice red or orange, or hopefully a combination of both.

 

We have a system where we take turns answering the door for food delivery. so the same one of us doesn't have to feel fat by seeing the same delivery driver.

And it's not like, minutes... But I'll be ready at the door the moment I hear them pull up where she'll wait 20 seconds after the knocking.

I dunno how her mind works sometimes tbh but she's my Laura.

 

I always make my bae answer deliveries. But I'm so neurotic I'm watching them on an app on my phone and pushing him towards the door as soon as they turn on our street lol
The only person I get the door for is our grocery delivery woman (we almost always get the same one) because I had to get the door once when he wasnt home and she told me I was so cute and instantly won my eternal love and devotion
So I walk outside and meet her at the car and help her carry the groceries. We be buddies

 

@Orison ….the youtuber who pushed around her Doberman is a real piece of work...the people who enjoy those youtuber videos are the real ones to blame....such mindless self cntered garbage and she has half a million subscribers.....well she is done now hopefully and will need to get a job or find a sap to marry
