Stoned Festivus For The Rest of Us

I'm kind of jumping in the middle of the convo here but we have the electric scooters everywhere downtown. I actually worked for a company that was making mini-bikes that were collapsible to compete with the scooters for a couple weeks a night gig. That didn't last long though because the company didn't really have their stuff together and was paying us for pretty much standing around half the time. Then they revamped the business model and it was not very appealing to me.


They're all GPS tracked though, I assume the scooters are as well. So we recovered nearly all of them even with as disorganized as the company was then in my brief stint. The biggest problem seemed to be people taking them in their homes but I think they can be remotely disabled.

 

Budapest also looks cool. So many choices. Before we decide, there's a lot that would go into moving abroad. Leaving our families is a consideration. But yolo, so...Idk.

 

We also took plenty of weed with us in the car the time we went to Cropredy to Fairport Conventions festival. On the ferry to Dover. Nothing happened.
Standing under a light outside the festival to roll a joint, the english peeps said what are you doing rolling a joint here under the light??? Well, we needed the light lol. Blisfully underrating the possible consequences. But when we lit it they were happy to join in :-D

 

Definitely if its not for forever but like for a year or 2!

I've been 2 times in Budapest, both for a whole week. But I didn't leave the little island in the middle of the river lol. Sziget festival kept me busy.
No regrets but it is kind of a shame i didn't saw more of that city. I like historic city centres a lot and Budapest appeals to me as well.
Btw: People there were also very happy we dared to bring dutch pot :-D

I may be the single only person on here that has no desire to travel world wide or has a goal to see another country or anything like that. I've visited New York, New Jersey, Florida, NC, all over SC and I been to Texas. I've visited GA and was born in Atlanta. However, all of that was years ago, and that is enough for me. If I want to know what a place looks like or IS like, it seems this world wide web is able to tell and show me everything I'd want to know.

I have no desire to fly (am scared as I don't think that a multi-ton thing in the sky that doesn't even have flapping wings is natural). I've heard about too many cruise lines having things go wrong quite badly...just the other week a grand mother dropped her grandchild off of one of the top railings of a cruise ship...which of course I do find that to be her fault.

Aside from that, but the greatest of my concerns...are my animals. Nobody is going to treat and feed these cats like me, and I know that.

So y'all can know I enjoy living vicariously though those of you that travel.

They milked it for a few movies. One was ok the others were pushing it. I don't think he did many other movies but unless his parents screwed him he's doing alright now from the one.

 

there was a picture of Chandler Bing in the paper a couple of weeks ago looking equally disgusting they showed a close-up of his fingernails and oh my God he look like he was homeless

 

I am back on the boat safe but I did just have to drive 100 km riding dirty riding really really dirty LOL but pay attention to the speed limits stay within the lines and no pullovers
