well this is a tough call. some my gunner boys are shoot him. How can you just shoot the man even though hes just committed a violent act ? He continues on his way, now should he return to do additional harm to the victims, then maybe the use of lethal force justified .

I don't think they need to know anything about it. I don't see why they should. Maybe let them know that nobody should ever touch them in their special areas or show their special areas to them.
