I dont see anything wrong with the stereotype of Indians owning gas stations. A lot of gas stations are Indian owned, so what. Immigrants come to America and become small business owners? Thats the american dream!

Apu is an awesome character. Why not just flesh him out more as a character rather than write him off completely. I'm putting that in the suggestion box

We stayed watching until it was over. Baseball is one thing, but could you imagine a seven hour hockey or basketball game??

No, I was never much of a baseball fan till I moved out here. I sometimes get free tickets through work, so I've been to a handful of live games, and once they did this thing where it was LGBT day, and had rainbows all over the stadium, and I thought that was really progressive and cool. I don't know if that's something that happens all across MLB or if it's just the Dodgers, but I bought into it LOL

 

Baseball is my favorite sport. I think I like how it is associated with summer and some old school Americana vibes. Much more low key than football, too.

here baseball you can get a ticket and all you can eat nachos for like 30 in peanut heaven.

I love baseball and this movie.

 

I played it growing up and was really good, so there is definitely a sentimental aspect to baseball for me. Of the major American Sports, I think it's the most cerebral game.

However my basketball team is in the midst of a historic dynastic run and I'm appreciating that while it lasts.
