One does not simply let a good walking stick lay there if you come across it.
And this terrain was as flat as my homeland, otherwise you might have really had a point.
We were complaining as old women climbing the hills of Dover (to the castle). But there also in my defence; we were drinking a bit too much in the hotel lounge there the night before

The ones i mostly took notice of were in a hurry/on a tight schedule and mostly in it for the pics and standard experience.
It seems its more important for them to show afterwards they were there than really experience their travel destination. They also travel in huge groups so that's also why they're usually annoying to other travellers

 

Can't tell if you're talking about Asian tourists or a contiki tour of white millenials, Haha.
