I LOVE this information.. Please, if you don't mind...what is the name of the company you used? That sounds so dang interesting AND helpful. Really - I definitely want and feel that I need to know anything like supplements or vitamins or what I may need help with.

If I want another type of thing, next year I'll get that too!.

Thanks for telling us the basic of what that DNA test showed you...I'm so very interested, I'm excited just thinking about it.

and YES it does take something for me to get excited...its just usually not the "normal" things. lol

Speaking on DNA - my brother has said this (and I totally agree)...Mama's blood could probably be used to make vaccines and such for immunity to certain things. (certain types of dirt and bacteria certainly!) She is the healthiest person of her age I've ever known or even heard of in my life.

She has me beat!!! She also eats ridiculously healthy (if that's such a thing lol) and I'm certain that has a lot to do with it...plus as messy and cluttered as she NEEDS to be and/or make things...she is always moving! Outside and inside. Granted, none of it is to clean...its just seems moving a lot is good and I thought I'd throw that in.

 

I'll just brag in this thread too. just spend under 3hrs 14 mins racing 400 lap race at Dover in our big league series, i won!! can't believe it, they had nothing on me on long runs. End of race i couldnt even get the throttle to the floor on the straights id spin the wheels on the concrete. wooo! gonna have some drinks for this one.

 

What's the worst part of working outside in the winter in Minnesota?

Trying to get 2 inches of wiener out of 4 inches of coveralls to pee!

Installing carpet in the big attic room today. Then I can set up my office up there and feel a bit more settled into the new house.

The hard part will be getting the carpet up the steep and awkward staircase. One piece is 24' x 12', so that'll be fun...

Around 25C here today! Ridicilous for october. Not complaining. Just remarkable!

 

It can bend, in theory. -2C carpet is another story, haha.

In other news, I need heated storage/ warehouse space asap.

 

The heaviest flooring I've ever dealt with was these huge boxes of 6' planks of Brazilian cherry solid hardwood flooring. Of course the customer wanted it on the third floor. Those things were close to 100lbs/box.

 

And.... "Grow Lighting" .....???....

I was actually at the headshop today to ask about lighting. We can legally grow 4 plants here as of Oct 17th, haha.

 

i planted a bunch more bulbs today, almost done. need to plant the rest of the garlic. we got two varieties.

 

i really need to record that guitar sess.. but now im in supoer pain .

Home from my road trip and waiting at the ferry dock dot-dot-dot the lights on hot divorces truck weren't hot so the trailer had no lights in the dark 160km home... I I passed two cops monitoring traffic at the side of the road and neither one pulled out after me
