I thought it would be. I've never seen it, but isn't it like a thing where a woman puts a ping pong ball in her vajayjay and pops it out? :tearsofjoy:
I think i saw it on southpark and figure they were mimicking from something.

I have donated to Wikipedia. It's fuck all money. Most people could find something to give up for a week (take out coffee, for eg) and use the money to support great things. Wikipedia is a great thing, and so is HipForums.

I used Wikipedia for years without donating. I understand the mentality of, "oh well if I don't donate, it's not going to disappear", but that way of thinking is one of the things wrong with our society.

The more people willing to donate anything, the less each individual needs to donate.

Well let's say Wikipedia makes a profitable few million bucks outta this. What do they do with it? I haven't seen a change in Wikipedia for years, I don't know if I've actually ever seen a change. So what does all this money go on?

    Lol. :p

I imagine since it holds lots of information that the bandwidth would be large. Lol I just made up but it sounds about right? Maybe? And maybe that bandwidth costs money.

Bandwidth. Sounds like sandwich. I'm hungry.

  16. Where your donation goes

Technology: Servers, bandwidth, maintenance, development. Wikipedia is one of the top 10 websites in the world, and it runs on a fraction of what other top websites spend.

People and Projects: The other top websites have thousands of employees. We have about 300 staff to support a wide variety of projects, making your donation a great investment in a highly-efficient not-for-profit organization.

I'm not sure what I think now. There are plenty of articles criticising the money drives, and there are some good points.

I still stand by the principle of it.

    Good for you. :)
Most times when I make my mind up, I just run with it too. Good, bad, agree, disagree gotta stick to your guns I feel. And if I make a mistake, I'll probably do it the same way again just to be sure. :D
