I turned him on to the dry ice method so now he can press straight hash and obviously the return is way way higher but I have noticed lately he has been into the BHO because he made his own tiny little vacuum pump

make sure if you put some hash in there that is it's the kind that will press hash because they don't all press the hash some of them will only press the weed they aren't strong enough

 

Biker buddy has a shop press in his garage type that you would find in any auto mechanic shop and he uses a toaster oven to heat up his blocks because it must be pressed at 200 degrees

 

How much dry ice do you use when you make hash?

Thinking if trying it with 2-3 oz.

The dry ice is so cheap compared to butane that it doesn't matter if you have extra space you can just throw it away or do cool experiments with water and impress your children
You just throw the ice in with the weed into your number one bag and shake the s*** out of it over top of a piece of glass or a big smooth surface and have something very good to scrape it all together with I went out and bought a brand new paint scraper work perfect

yes.... when you start to shake it the trichomes coming out will be a golden colour and the more you shake them or the weed breaks up inside the bag until eventually pieces of the weed will be small enough to go through the holes and at that point it will start to change colour you can visually see a darker shade and what people do is they shake it for a couple of minutes and then put all of that aside and then shake the s*** out of again for another few minutes in the second batch is edibles.....

You can smoke it immediately in the difference between the product and actual ice hash is that the trichomes in dry ice are shattered and the trikes in real ice hash are whole
