Still Sheltering, Still Naked

Posted last week that as long as COVID-19 makes me shelter in place, I will do so nude. I have now gone an entire week that way, slipping a few rags on only to fetch the mail and to curbside-pickup my groceries. One advantage I didn’t even think about is the energy savings. I can set the thermostat to a temp that would be uncomfortable with clothes and thereby run the A/C less. Another advantage (I hope this doesn’t gross anybody out) is that after I do my business on the throne, I can simply step into the shower and use the hand-held shower-head as a bidet. Feel nice and clean after that. Indeed I can step into the shower anytime I feel like it, and don’t need to towel off after — air-drying is cool in more ways than one. I’ve set up the back patio so the neighbors can’t see me when I’m out there. At night I’ll wander my whole back yard — maybe do a little stargazing when the sky is clear — with the night air caressing all of my skin. When this pandemic is over, I might retain this way of life until the cold weather returns. I’m loving it.

 

Staying at home has its advantages for being nude. I'm like you and spend most of the day nude only putting on shorts to get mail or put garbage out. I also enjoy being in my back yard nude at night. I can't during the day because of neighbors. I like to sit on my deck and have morning coffee nude in the early mornings also.

 

It’s been nearly four weeks now sheltering alone from COVID-19 at home, nude nearly all the time. Exceptions are, of course, visitors, external errands, and taking my morning walk, for which I don only a tee shirt, jogging shorts, and sneakers. I’m growing more and more fond of the lifestyle with each passing day. Hell, it’ll be weeks before I‘ll have to do laundry. Even house-cleaning is enjoyable when doing it naked. Cooking and having my meals naked feels very natural now. I love being able to step into the shower on a whim whenever I feel like it. And I wake up each morning to the joyous sensation of, “Hey — I’m still naked.”

I been working from home since March and I’ve been naked since. I can’t stand have clothes on for 10 minutes they have to come off. Dreading the day I have to go back to work. I absolutely love being nude
