Steve Irwin "crocodile hunter" RIP

i didnt make this thread for laughter ruski...
the crock hunter was awesome and we will always say "crikey" out of love for him...and we mourn in our own ways...

 

I've watched his show on Animal Planet with the kid I take care of, recently. He has his little girl on there helping him out, it's so cute. He seemed like a really nice, loving, family guy. If it wasn't for that, I really wouldn't know anything about him.

heard this today hit me as really odd for some reason.

 

It was my opinion.

 

Croc Hunter is great television. Loved his enthusisam.

 

I always thought he was a little rough the way he man-handled those crocodiles




I just read this:

"He died doing what he loves best and left this world in a happy and peaceful state of mind," he said. "Crocs Rule!"

I seriously think he wanted a croc to be his undoing..

 

i laugh at a lot of things that are not PC. but i dont usually laugh at peoples deaths. unless they are horrible people.

 

when I read this on yahoo this morning, I thought it was a joke........... he was always living on the edge........ and being killed by a stingray just sounded like someone was makin it up........ youd think he would have died from a croc or a venomous snake.......

wow Im just in shock over this.....

 

It's a tragedy, but I'm not in mourning for the guy, I always felt the way he kept putting himself in deadly situations would catch up with him someday. Anyway I was no fan of his show, I found him annoying.

I hope this will shock that douchebag Jeff Corwin into retirement, he's even more irritating!

A guy who drew attention to himself bt provoking and irritating wild animals? I'll pretend to be surprised by this later when I have some time to practice.

Paul Hogan (Crocodile Dundee) who paved the way for Steve Irwin is still alive.

It wouldn't be a surprise me If met his demise at the hands of a croc

Honestly, was anyone surprised? Really? It was sad that it was all over the media before they even contacted his wife, though.

 

ha ha did you see the guy who lived with the bears..... Tim something or other.... he poked at Grizzly bears for years.....only HE understood the bears and take a guess what happened to him?

aw. i was somewhere between laughing and crying when i heard about this, but it is very sad. i used to watch his show all the time.

 

This is so sad. I wanted to have a show the Discovery Channel modeled after the Crocodile Hunter when I grew up. He was awesome

 

now that video is something you really dont want to hear or see.

 

well, atleast he went out doing something he loved. better than rotting away in the hospital or old folks home.

 

I doubt he loved getting stung by a stingray.
