I don't know how you're living through this, but in Italy we are under curfew of sorts and access to stores is allowed to a few people at a time and with mandatory gloves, in order to go about your daily life you need a written self statement to exhibit on demand , whose veracity about the motivations of your movements can be checked by military police and violations carry a (very theoretical) three months jail time for offenders or more realistically a 201 € fine. Trucks go around blaring instructions about not to come too close to other people, 1m minimum gap allowed. Physicians take this very seriously and enforce the rule in their studies. Either we are the ones overdramatizing things this turn or the rest of the world is about to have a brutal face to face with reality in a very short time. My hopes go for the first hypothesis. Good that at least it is still possible to have physical activity outside, but strictly solo. At this point barefooting can only entice mass hysteria among the already spooked masses so for now I'm slipping on my battered flip flops (that i finally managed to locate) before joining the now usual queues in front of food stores and pharmacies.
thank you for the news flash but did you watch "Idiocracy" ? if they don't understand you , pretend that you are able to talk to the plants. and btw we have way bigger issues here .
Use your bare feet to walk away from others. It should keep you from getting sick and it will greatly reduce the crap you get from others for being barefoot.
Now its July 8th and we still have the Coronavirus problem. I guess in my mind back on March 10th when I posted this it felt like getting ready for the corona was prepping for a hurricane, or a blizzard when I lived up north. My mind pictured it as a big event coming then its gone. No this BS not gone away.
Like alot of people I went out and bought lots of storeable food/ This BS not what I expected back in march.
