Nah, not dangerous at all. Worst case scenario you get mild food poisoning... which isn't too bad, but it's very unlikely to happen. Plus, the lemon really does cook it, it's no longer raw... Anyhow, don't eat pork raw... that will kill you, but that's about it.
Cool. I'll probably try it sometime then. I've had raw oysters before but i was really drunk and they were on the happy hour buffet for free and someone dared me to so i just kept sucking them down. Next day i couldnt believe it.. i would never have done that sober. and yeah.... pork is scary enough cooked.... eh......
Uhhum... I don't really eat pork... never did like it too much (other than ribs, oh man... gotta love ribs). Anyhow... raw food has a lot of irrational taboo attached to it, especially here in gringolandia. Not everything has to be "well-done" in order to taste good. (honestly, I usually order steak here as "medium" or "medium-rare" and the waiters look at me like I'm crazy).
Yeah i heard about all the bacteria you can see if you look at pork under a microscope. i rarely eat it. and i order my steaks medium rare all the time. yummy.
yea and last year it was 01:02:03 / 04.05.06 and next year it will be 03:04:05 / 06.07.08 and the year after that it will be 04:05:06 / 07/08/09...........
