Problem is I grew up into medieval stuff so I took up fencing and archery. I guess they could come in handy one day. Oh, and I can also fight with a shield too You dont wanna be in the way of my shield, the boss itself will crack your skull with little effort.
Your whole country own guns is there much of a difference at that point, when the over weights have access to multiple weapns at any time?
They're all in their mom's basement playing war video games. They'd pee their pants if they had to fight the real thing.
Yeah, I personally do not like conscription style because like you see, some folks don't want to fight, and they're forced and they won't and then they get killed. If you don't want to join the army you shouldn't have to. One my grands was already established from WW1 but the other, hell he said he joined to see the world which he did. I remember our camp trips, hide and seek all the time lol. they were awesome at it, me.. i wasn't climbing in a tree stump... there's bugs in there.
Naturally, you wouldn't qualify for selective service, but I would change it to where people could still serve within the capacity of physical limitations.
Yah that's cool, I'm talking about like when I'm going to order a sandwich at Subway or asking what aisle the toilet paper is at Walmart and the employees say it.
I think Eric is onto something to be honest. Instilling the idea of service... It would get rid of all this blowhard patriotism because everyone already had to put their money where their mouth is. The burden of warfare wouldn't rest with a minority... Might give us all pause before making certain decisions. I dunno. Worth thinking about.
