I certainly understood the nuances of TLJ regardless of wether I agreed with them or not. Star Wars Episode IX: Ewan McGregor to Reprise his role as Obi-Wan Kenobi?


It’s only a rumor at this point but according to those in the know, Ewan McGregor will secretly begin to shoot scenes later this year. While it doesn’t elaborate on what his role will be in Episode IX it has been suggested that he will appear as a Force Ghost to help guide Rey in her mission to bring down the First Order.

That decision was made after Mark Hamill opted out not wanting to reprise his role again.
