I was in the UK in early 2019 and one place I was taken to was St Fagans. It is literally an open air museum of historic buildings that have been been methodically dismanteled and rebuilt on sight. There is a row of iron-workers' cottages the one on the far left being the most technologically basic, progressing each one to more modern with the one on the far right having a colour TV and a dishwasher.

There is no entrance fee but there is a car parking fee, but my mum did not have to pay it as she has a disabled thing she leaves on the dash when parking.

I wish I had known, when I was in Cardiff.
