I don't know the man, but he seems ok. You seem to be a lot douchier than him.

 

I think he played here in NZ really recently and was about half the price of the Stones and played for 3 hours.

He's not up there with my favourite bands or singers, but I wouldn't call him a douche. What has he done that is so douchey?

 

To be honest,I'm not even sure what a douche is - It's an American thing right? Is it some kind of toilet bag,that you use to clean your genitalia?

a few people said what i feel about him. i am no fan of his music, i like a couple songs which is no surprise when talking about someone with a dozen or more albums.
growing up in nj i got tired of everyone treating him like a god, i mean come on the dudes music sucks for the most part. hell rick springfields song about bruce is better than any song bruce has done.
however given his fans great concerts, not being a drama queen, showing humility...i am failing to see the douche in him. i just see a musician who gets more credit than he deserves.

 

I like his music, and don't find anything douchey about him.

 

He is a douche because he is successful, attractive, has a woman, and doesn't believe that the Bilderbergers and the Illuminati are conspiring with the reptilian aliens and NATO to further subjugate the sleeping masses into doing the bidding of the evil and nefarious 1% who control all of the known universe.
I think that is the criteria PR is basing his assessment on.

I don't know the guy at all because I can't think of a more boring and douchy rock sound so I never got really interested So yes, in that way I understand this thread

I am not really a die hard Springsteen fan but there is some of his music which I really do like.

Not sure what makes him a douche in some peoples views.

Maybe there should be a Canadian version of one of his songs titled "I was Born in Canada, Eh!"

 

When we were kids and the song was popular, we used to sing 'Born in Penetang.' Because we were.
