Okay, I see lots of talk about Phish.
Where are the Widespread Panic fans?
We've got to get together and help
    eachother through this terrible time
    of hiatus.

  2. HappyChild, i am here with you. we must get through this hiatus also.

  5. WayfaringStranger-
where in sc are you? and their hiatus is all of 2004, they'll be back in 2005. saddening to us panic fans.

Been diggin Panic since 1990, though I havent been to many shows the past few years...seemed like such a big part of growing up in the South. Last couple of times I saw them, they seemed really tired. Mikey's passing must have had an immense effect on them. Hopefully time off will allow them to reinvent themselves. Wow...those guys have puddled me just about as hard as anybody. Lets hope they do come back.........

Crash, you're in S'Ville? I grew up in North Chas.,
but spent 99% of my time in S'ville. Where abouts
    are you?

    BTW-
I heard today that plans for a Spring '05 tour are in the works.
Lord, I can't wait! I can't even imagine the energy and emotion
when those lights go down at the first show!
I can actually see myself crying like a little baby! :)

Big fan of the Panic myself. Hometown boys where I'm from. Ever since Mikey died the just haven't been the same. I hope they get it back together at least one more good time.

    Hey Now,
Been a Panic fan almost as long as they've been around... even met my husband at a Panic show. We've never been able to do a whole tour but are planning to do spring tour to make up for not seeing them this year.
All you SC people- I lived on Hilton Head (yech!) for 10 years. Now I am in Asheville. Any NC folks here?
    Lots o' Love
    Sam
