IN REALITY IT WOULD TAKE LOTS OF BALLS TO SPIT ON A YOUNG GUY WHO JUST RETURN FROM VIETNAM WITH OUT GET IN YOUR ASS BEAT TO A PULP BY THE VICTIM . "THIS GUYS LIVE THRU MUCH WORSE THEN SALIVA ON THEYR CLOTHE" . TRY BLOOD AND BRAIN SPLATTER OF A CLOSE BY BUDDIE SOLDIER.

You seriously think a police force would be able to more easily bring in the guys who organized 9/11 than what we've done already? We occupied Afganistan and installed a completely new government in it and have yet to catch the people we're after but you make it sound like its a walk in a park to catch these guys. We sent thousands of troops into Afganistan looking for them and yet a simple police force is going to catch them?

How did we retaliate against the wrong guys? As of yet i haven't heard anything about them saying Al Qaeda didn't do it.

 

Didn't Bin Laden actually admit that he was behind the attack in a video?

Also, isn't the International Police the InterPol?

 

Yeah i guess InterPol would be the international police. But with these kind of people you need military force.

And as for all the other rather repetative questions and comments, well, I'm not all that into being repetative myself, so perhaps you'll just have to go back and read past posts. And perhaps some alternative media. The stuff the mainstream media doesn't want you to know... You know, even George Bush finally admitted that Iraq had nothing at all to do with 9-11. The Iraq war was in planning stages months before 9-11. (how did they know?) And there have been NO "sleeper cells" of Al Qaeda found in the US at all. And no weapons of mass destruction were ever found. And an awful lot of those videos they have used as evidence have turned out to be fake. And, an awful lot of the supposed hijackers have been discovered alive and well, with their identification stolen. And.... I could go on and on. No one is telling the truth about any of it. Their truth changes like the weather... Whatever the people need to hear to keep them in line. I am beginning to doubt the existance of bin Ladin altogether. So, please don't throw any "official facts" at me to defend your positions. Sort of like a drowning man trying to use a boat with a hole in it to save himself...

What we have here seems to be those who are either in or have been in the military making lots of excuses for themselves and their actions. And those who are not at all interested in being in the military, explaining why they don't believe in it... Unfortunately for the military guys, the non military guys have some damn convincing reasoning.

Sorry, but I AM a hippy, and the ultimate origin of hippys was in trying to drop out of the system and make a better way to live, WITHOUT war. The military is one very large branch of the system. The entire thing runs on the assumption that what the government does is right. The last time I checked, hippys were pretty anti- government. No surprises here...

 

Sorry if you mistook be before but im completely against the war in iraq, as for the one in afganistan im ok with because of 9/11.

So what your saying is going into a country for humanitarian reasons such as Somalia or Darfur is the same as going into Iraq?

 

When you join for humanitarian reasons knowing full well that you're probably not going to Somalia,Somalia becomes only an excuse.You're gambling with their lives.To say Afganistan is alright because we want revenge and ending up in Iraq,you can't throw your hands up and say you didn't know.

 

So if I think that our fighting in WWII was justified, that makes me a hipocryte for opposing the war in Vietnam? Gatesy, do you ever let the facts help you to form your opinion, or do you actually prefer pissing in the wind?

Here's a thought, when you meet an old vet who helped liberate the Nazi concentration camps, spit on him! He's nothing but a baby killer, right?

How did we get to joining the military anyway, you opened the door to this by saying if you support one war you support them all. By your logic that makes Somalia, Darfur, Iraq, Vietnam, WWII, even the fucking Revolutionary War all equal! Hell why don't we throw in a few crusades for variety. Amazingly enough, I'm from a long line of pacifists. Far as I can determine I have NO ancestors who participated in wars. Wow! It IS possible!
